Eligibility Criteria

Scholarships are offered for:
  1. Newly admitted students
  2. Students must are selected through Merit basis.
  3. Degree must registered by HEC.
  4. Age limit must be as mentioned for scholarship.

Ineligibility Conditions:

Following students can be In-Eligibile if:
  1. Availing the other scholarship or continuous grant
  2. Registered in distant learning degree programs and affiliated colleges.
  3. Got admissions on self-finance, or in evening programs with high fee structures.

Procedure After online Apply


After submission of the web form of Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Project , the applicant is required to require printout of the appliance form and fasten following supporting documents:




Supporting Documents
  1. Copy of applicant CNIC / B. Form
  2. Copy of CNIC (Father, Mother/ Guardian)
  3. Salary Slip / Income Certificate (Father/Guardian, Mother)
  4. Attach an undertaking of Income Certificate on minimum amount of stamp paper of Rs. 50/- If father is Labourer on daily wage / shopkeeper / private job.
  5. Copies of last Six months Bills (Electricity, Gas,Water). (If applicable)
  6. Copy of Rent agreement just in case of Rented House
  7. Copies of Last Fee vouchers of Applicant and Siblings (If applicable)
  8. Copies of Medical bills/ expenses related documents (if applicable)
  9. 01 Passport size Photograph of Applicant
  10. 01 Picture of House from outside Front

Important Note:
The text of the appliance form along side the supporting documents are going to be submitted to the scholar aid Office of the university only.

For students of BZU Multan student aid office is found in Faculty of Pharmacy.
